Every country says it wants security and wants to guard its sovereignty. But in the modern world that is impossible. Since the invention of nuclear weapons no country can enjoy real security, the United States and Israel for starters. And in the digital world no country cam be sovereign, control its own borders or its own citizens. And yet they keep fighting or threatening wars in this futile quest.
