America will have to make up its mind whether it wants allies or not. If it does it will have to stop insulting them and interfering in their internal affairs. Anyway it’s not Europe which is declining. It’s already declined. It’s America which is showing unmistakeable signs of decline, keeping immigrants out rather than welcoming them in.
