You can’t break up a country by a referendum, certainly with only a bare majority. States even weak ones which the UK is not are notoriously difficult to destroy. It takes world war or social revolution to do it. Or something like the collapse of Communism in Eastern Europe. So you nationalists – overthrow of the capitalist system or World War Three?
